As Group Director at Propnex Singapore, Tyson was the co-founder and team leader of the Luxury Team in PropNex. In this position, his first project was at The Peak at Cairnhill 2. Within 3month of launch, oversees 85% of the total units sold with more than $3.3 million worth of commission paid out to the project team.
Tyson has been at Propnex for 14 years; this vast experience taught him a unique quality to spot undervalued properties, eventually transforming these properties into beautiful spaces. His forte is in the commercial and luxury line of properties, working to improve his clients’ portfolios, mostly made of high net-worth individuals and offshore investors. He is responsible for creating vast investment opportunities in Singapore real estate.

The year 2001 – 2007 Before entering the real estate industry, I was with Planet Fitness Pte Ltd started as a floor trainer and eventually worked myself up after seven promotions with a six-year stop in the role of regional fitness manager managing six retail outlets with a total space of more than 100,000 sqft and overseeing the personal training department of more than 100 trainers. The year 2008 - I ventured into the real estate industry, and during the year 2010-to 2012, I had won 13 awards, from Monthly top producer to top Quarterly producer.
In 2012-2016, I co-founded a China property internet portal startup that aims to link international quality listings with qualified buyers from China eJiaJia.co (易 佳 家) translates to “Internet Best Home @ Ease’ in Chinese .”During the business venture, I spent four years traveling throughout Singapore and China, gaining valuable insight into the cultural differences between China and the international markets.
